I had the most positive experience at the Cinco Ranch Endodontics this week. I needed three root canals, and Dr. Berteaux's staff was able to schedule one for three days in a row.
During each procedure, I felt no discomfort at all. The only sensation was the application of the anesthetic, which was momentary and absolutely needed. The same was the case after each procedure was completed - no pain at all.
Each day, I was the only patient in the practice during my appointments. It felt like all of the staff's focus was on me, which further enhanced my experience.
The practice was clean, quiet, tidy and super modern.
Lastly, Dr. Bateaux's staff was very pleasant and accommodating from the initial call, to obtaining necessary paperwork, explaining the insurance coverages, intake, and billing.I highly recommend Dr. Berteaux and the Cinco Ranch Endodontics!

Wow!!! I have been coming to Dr. Berteaux for years!!! He is the best at darn near painless root canal!!! I hate needles and he is the best at giving shots!! My husband was experiencing a lot of pain Wednesday night. He was able to schedule an emergency appointment with our dentist and discover that he needed to see an endodontist. Had a root canal here about 11 months ago. Went fine. A couple weeks ago, I started experiencing intense pain at the site of the root canal when I went to a steakhouse. Over the last week, there have been good days and bad days. Called them up because I realized I had a six-month checkup coming to me that I had never scheduled. Made some arrangements and I'm going in tomorrow for a look. They could have easily ignored me. Not expecting anything free, but I appreciated their good-faith response. Fingers crossed it's nothing. Even if it is, though, I felt they really listened and worked out something fair instead of just telling me 'tough luck.'

I had 3 retreated root canals by Dr. Berteaux. He's very kind, gentle, and is always in a good mood. He answered my concerns without rush and makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure as in (pain free). The treatments never took more than an hr. No long waiting periods for appts either. The office manager Sonia is a delight! She made me feel like we been friends for yrs. She's accommodating as I needed to reschedule an appt and got me a sooner appt right before I needed to go back to my general dentist for a crown replacement. She's detailed in explaining the procedure, cost, and insurance coverage (so no hidden charges.) The receptionist Danny is prompt and always greets you with a big smile. Dental assistants Gill and Susan are very sweet and you can tell they love what they do. They'll answer your questions, educate, and make you feel as ease. Gill has a great sense of humor which helped me relax even more. I've probably been to dozens of dental offices in my life and those procedure chairs are the MOST comfortable, (no sore neck). They provide music with headphones if you want to drown out the drill sound or just want to space out for a bit. I fell asleep during a treatment and had no clue they were finished, I'm not even kidding! I'd recommend anyone I know to come here for endodontic treatment.

Cinco Ranch Endodontics...I could not say enough good things about this place and staff. First of all, the doctor is top notch. He has the best bedside manner and trust me, I see a lot of doctors. He's very pleasant with his soft spoken voice, he is extremely gentle and also kindly patient. I have major dental anxiety and now everything has changed. I was not scared one but going to my second appointment. My root canal was PAINLESS. I have heard so many awful stories which only added to my dental stress. His assistant Jill, is just as patient, kind and wonderful as the dr. She is very professional and her and the doc have their business down to a science. They work unbelievable well together. Very natural. Sonia I the front office made sure I exactly what I needed, assisted me with all of that side of the business then the next day she calls to check to make sure I'm ok! Now that's what I call care. If you go anywhere else, you're missing out on the best card out there. I would HIGHLY suggest you make an appointment here if you need to see the endo. The BEST dental experience I have had. Dr. Berteaux was VERY accommodating. My pain was unbearable & I was so scared of what was to come with a root canal. Sonia was very informative & knowledgable which is hard to come by when speaking of procedure specifics with hands-off staff. She did my new patient paperwork efficiently and throughly. Once there I have been told that my tooth needs extraction but they don't know how to perform that but they would refer me to another dentist that can!
